Delete your data
Effective
You control your data on AgentFront. If you no longer want to use the Service, you can ask us to delete your account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, what happens next, and the few things the law requires us to keep.
It applies to creators who build and sell agents on AgentFront, to customers who use a creator's agent, and to visitors who have given us their details. For the full picture of how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
1. How to request deletion
Email support@agentfront.me with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Send it from the email address on your account, and tell us:
- whether you are a creator, a customer of an agent, or a visitor;
- if you are a customer, the name or web address of the agent you used; and
- whether you want everything deleted, or only some of it (for example, one agent or your chat history).
We confirm the request comes from you before we delete anything. If you write from a different address, we may ask you to verify it. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
2. What happens when a creator's account is deleted
- Your account, profile, sign-in details and team invitations are deleted.
- Your agents are taken offline and deleted, with their system prompts, settings, knowledge files and their search indexes, storefront pages, images, posts and code tools.
- Conversations your customers had with your agents, and your customers' accounts on your storefronts, are deleted, because we hold them on your behalf.
- Payment keys you gave us are deleted and every connected app is disconnected (see below). Your own Stripe account, its customers and its payment records stay yours; we cannot delete them.
- You can no longer sign in, and your storefront addresses stop working.
If customers pay for your agent, cancel their subscriptions in your Stripe account before you ask us to delete it, and tell them the agent is closing.
3. If you are a customer of an agent
Each agent on AgentFront belongs to its creator, who decides how your information is used and is responsible for your privacy requests. You can ask the creator directly, or email us and we will pass your request to the creator and help them act on it.
When your customer account is deleted, your sign-in details, conversations, uploaded files, settings and connected apps for that agent are deleted. Paid plans are billed by the creator through their own Stripe account, so ask the creator to cancel your subscription and to delete your billing details there.
4. Connected apps
If you connected other services to AgentFront or to an agent (for example Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo or an MCP server), we delete the access tokens we stored for them, and the agent can no longer reach those services.
You can also remove AgentFront's access at any time from the security or connected-apps settings of the service itself. Data an agent already sent to or created in that service (for example, a post or an order note it wrote) stays there and is deleted under that service's own rules.
5. What we keep, and for how long
We delete or de-identify your information within 90 days of confirming your request. Copies in our backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule within the same period. We may keep a limited amount of information for longer where we have to:
- records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, such as invoices and records of AI credit purchases;
- information needed to prevent fraud and abuse, keep the Service secure, or stop a banned account from returning;
- information needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements; and
- aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify you.
Anything we keep is stored securely, used only for the reason we kept it, and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
6. Questions
If you have questions about deleting your data, or you are unhappy with how we handled your request, email support@agentfront.me. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
