Acceptable Use Policy

Effective

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains what you may and may not do with agentfront.me, the AgentFront studio, Agents, Storefronts and related services (the "Service"), operated by HireNinja LLC ("AgentFront", "we" or "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service, and capitalized words not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

This Policy applies to everyone who uses the Service: Creators, Customers and visitors. It covers what an Agent sells or promotes, what it helps someone do, the Content it is given and the Output it produces, the tools, code and connectors it uses, and how payments are taken. Creators are responsible for their Agents and Storefronts, including what their Customers do with them.

The rules below reflect the law, the requirements of our payment, AI model and infrastructure partners, and our own judgment about what keeps the Service safe. The lists give examples and are not exhaustive.

1. Prohibited businesses and products

You may not use the Service, publish an Agent or Storefront, or accept payments through the Service for any of the businesses, products, services or activities below. We decide in our sole discretion whether an Agent falls within a category, and we do not grant exceptions.

  • Any business that is prohibited by the payment processor you use or by card network rules in the country where you or your Customers are located.

2. Topics that need extra care

Some Agents are welcome on AgentFront but carry more risk. If your Agent gives information about health, wellness, mental health, nutrition or fitness, law, tax, money, insurance, immigration or employment, you must:

  • present it as general information or education, not as diagnosis, treatment, legal representation or individualized financial advice;
  • state on your Storefront and in the Agent's opening message that it is an AI system and not a licensed professional, and tell Customers to consult a qualified professional before acting;
  • configure the Agent to decline requests that need a licensed professional, and to point people in crisis, or at risk of harming themselves or others, to emergency services or a crisis line;
  • not make claims about cures, guaranteed results, weight loss or income; and
  • have the qualifications, licenses or insurance your jurisdiction requires if you offer professional services alongside your Agent.

The Service is for adults. Agents may not be designed for, marketed to, or knowingly used by children under 18.

3. Content and Output rules

You may not submit, and may not configure an Agent to generate, display or distribute, Content or Output that:

  • is sexually explicit, or sexualizes, exploits or endangers children in any way;
  • harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates or defames anyone, or reveals private information about a person without their consent;
  • promotes, glorifies or gives instructions for violence, terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
  • attacks or demeans people on the basis of a protected characteristic;
  • gives meaningful help creating biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, explosives, or weapons capable of mass harm;
  • is malware, or gives working instructions for hacking, fraud, phishing or other crimes;
  • depicts a real person without their consent, including face swaps, deepfake images, video or audio, voice clones, and realistic synthetic images of identifiable people;
  • is disinformation intended to deceive, including about elections, voting, public health or emergencies, or impersonates a candidate, official, government body or news outlet;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights; or
  • is spam, or is designed to manipulate search rankings, reviews or engagement.

4. Responsible AI

When you build or use an Agent, you must:

  • make clear that people are talking to an AI system, and never configure an Agent to claim it is a human or to deny that it is an AI when sincerely asked;
  • not impersonate any real person or organization, or present Output as written by a human when it was not;
  • not use an Agent to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, immigration or access to essential services, or to rank, score or categorize people for those purposes;
  • not use an Agent for practices prohibited by the EU AI Act or similar laws, including social scoring, manipulating people through subliminal or exploitative techniques, exploiting the vulnerabilities of people because of age, disability or circumstances, inferring emotions in the workplace or in education, biometric categorization to infer sensitive characteristics, untargeted scraping of facial images, and predicting criminal behavior from profiling;
  • not attempt to jailbreak, bypass or disable the safety systems of AgentFront or our AI model providers, or configure an Agent to help others do so; and
  • comply with the usage policies of the AI model providers whose models power your Agent, which we may make available or link to in the studio.

Image generation features may not be used to create realistic images of identifiable real people, sexual imagery, or images intended to deceive, such as fake documents, receipts, screenshots or news photos.

5. Agent actions, tools, code and connectors

Agents can act in connected accounts and run tools, including code you write. You are responsible for every action your Agent takes. You must:

  • request only the connector permissions your Agent needs, and use connected accounts only for the purpose the account owner approved;
  • require a person to confirm before an Agent sends messages to others, makes purchases or payments, deletes or changes important data, or takes any other action that is hard to undo;
  • not use connectors or tools to send bulk or unsolicited messages, scrape or harvest data in breach of a website's or service's terms, or access accounts and data you are not authorized to access;
  • respect the terms, rate limits and API policies of every Third-Party Service your Agent connects to.

Code tools and MCP servers you build on AgentFront run in our sandbox. You may not use them to:

  • mine cryptocurrency, run proof-of-work, or use compute for anything other than serving your Agent;
  • scan, probe, attack or send unsolicited traffic to any network or system, or run proxies, relays, tunnels or open redirects;
  • escape, probe or weaken the sandbox, or access other users' data, secrets or resources;
  • contact destinations outside the allowlist you declared, or hide what your code does, for example through obfuscation or downloading and running code at runtime; or
  • store or transmit malware, credentials you are not authorized to hold, or other people's personal data beyond what your Agent needs.

6. Personal data and privacy

Creators must:

  • collect only the personal data your Agent needs, tell Customers what you collect in your own privacy policy, and have a lawful basis for it;
  • not use an Agent's chat to collect government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords or one-time codes, or health, biometric or other sensitive data, except through features we provide for that purpose;
  • not sell or share Customer data, or use it to build profiles, for advertising or for purposes Customers would not expect;
  • not use an Agent or the Service to track, surveil, locate or identify people without their knowledge and consent; and
  • respond to Customers' privacy requests as the law requires.

7. Payments and selling

When you take payments through the Service, you must:

  • sell only the Agent and business you described to us and to your payment processor, and tell both of us before what you sell changes;
  • not process payments for any other business or person, sell through another merchant's account, or disguise the nature of a transaction;
  • not take payments that are not for genuine access to your Agent, or run test charges with cards you are not authorized to use;
  • show the full price, billing frequency, trial terms and how to cancel before a Customer pays, and make cancelling as easy as signing up;
  • not use the Service to evade, split or hide transactions to avoid dispute, fraud or chargeback monitoring; and
  • comply with the terms and restricted-business rules of your payment processor and the card networks.

8. Platform integrity and security

You may not:

  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except through a coordinated disclosure you have reported to support@agentfront.me;
  • access the Service by automated means other than our published interfaces, or scrape Storefronts, Agents or other users' Content;
  • interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service, other users or our providers, including through excessive requests;
  • circumvent plan limits, usage limits, credit metering, rate limits or content filters;
  • create multiple accounts, or use stolen or fake identities, to get extra trial credits or free usage, or to evade a suspension;
  • sell, transfer or share accounts, AI credits or access to the studio; or
  • use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to copy our templates, designs or software.

9. How we enforce this Policy

We review new Creators and Agents, and we use automated systems and human review to detect activity that may violate this Policy. We may review Storefronts, Agent configuration, tools and code, and, where necessary to investigate a specific report or risk, conversations and other Content.

If we reasonably believe that you have violated this Policy, or that an Agent falls within a prohibited category, we may take any action we consider appropriate, in many cases without notice, including: removing Content or Output; requiring changes to an Agent; disabling tools, code, connectors or image generation; unpublishing a Storefront; disabling payments; withholding AI credits; suspending or closing your account; and reporting to law enforcement, regulators, our payment and AI model partners, or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Credits and fees are not refunded when we act on a violation.

Where practical and lawful, we will tell you what we did and why. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our notice or write to support@agentfront.me within 30 days, and a person will review the decision.

10. Reporting abuse

To report an Agent, Storefront or Output that violates this Policy, email support@agentfront.me with the URL and a description of the problem. To report copyright infringement, follow the notice process in the copyright section of our Terms of Service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as laws, our partners' requirements and the Service change. We will post the updated Policy here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify Creators by email or in the studio. Changes take effect when posted, except where the law requires notice, in which case they take effect after that notice period. If your Agent falls within a newly prohibited category, we will give you reasonable time to wind it down unless the law or a partner requires us to act sooner.
